Salesforce Innovation Day

The Salesforce Innovation Day Türkiye 2025, held on November 18 in Istanbul, was a valuable gathering where the latest examples of the Agentforce and Agentic Enterprise vision were shared.

Although the agentic enterprise era had already been announced at Dreamforce, the event focused on the AI-powered innovations Agentforce brings to business processes and the transformation opportunities it offers organizations.

As Inspark, we were proud to take part both on stage and throughout the event. The impact of Salesforce’s “AI + Data + CRM” approach was strongly felt all day long.

Pre-Show: Setting the Stage With Energy

The day kicked off with a special opening supported by Inspark as the pre-show sponsor.
In our panel titled “Çiçek ile Teknolojide Son Dakika! Agentforce Dayı Testinden geçebilecek mi?” Çiçek Çizmeci and the iconic character Dayı took the audience on an entertaining yet thought-provoking journey into the heart of technology. Through humorous and insightful moments, we demonstrated what Agentforce can do, how AI agents embed themselves into everyday workflows, and what the future of human + machine collaboration looks like. This warm and lively opening created an instant connection with the day’s central theme.

Customer Experience Redefined Under the Moderation of Çiçek Çizmeci!

Later in the day, under the moderation of Çiçek Çizmeci, we hosted a cross-industry panel featuring three prominent leaders:

  • Erdinç Uğurlu – CIO, TEMSA
  • Aydın Şener – Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0 Manager, Akçansa
  • Gürol Sungun – IT Group Manager, CarrefourSA

Together we explored digital transformation journeys across retail, manufacturing, and automotive. Discussions touched on the strategic role of data architecture, how AI is reshaping customer expectations, and the ways Agentforce enhances employee productivity.
All panelists agreed that customer experience is no longer defined by isolated touchpoints — it is the sum of a fully connected, enriched end-to-end journey.

Transforming Impact — Goodness, Inspiration & Technology

Our second panel highlighted the social impact dimension of technology.
Moderated by Aleyna Dinç from Inspark, we welcomed:

  • Nihal Aydın Açan – CRM Manager, TEGV
  • Yeşim Demirek – Sector Lead, Inspark

This session explored nonprofit digital transformation, data-driven donor engagement, operational transparency, and sustainable impact models. The panel demonstrated that technology is not only a catalyst for businesses — it is equally transformative for organizations dedicated to creating social good.

Networking & Closing: The Pulse of the Ecosystem

The closing networking session opened doors to new collaborations and strengthened existing partnerships. As Inspark, we kept the energy high by sponsoring the DJ set — creating a vibrant atmosphere where participants could unwind, connect, and reflect on the day’s insights.

By the end of the day, the connections we built—as a team, with visitors, and with partners—once again proved the strength and dynamism of our ecosystem and our culture of co-creation.

Salesforce Innovation Day 2025 was far more than a technology event; it was a forward-looking gathering that showcased how the harmony between humans and technology will shape the future of business. We are proud to have taken part in every moment of it as Inspark.
